Accountable for managing the revenue, volume, costs and share position of brand in the territory as an independent profit centre head.
- Managing a team of Executives to drive volume and share through a network of dealers & Sub dealers retail network.
- Managing an extensive Dealer network and thereafter guiding them to achieve the required market share and volume in their assigned area while maximizing their ROI.
- Managing the brand / SKU objectives of the company with the help of a team, by continuously guiding them in the marketplace
- Manage the Warehouse operations cost and A&M budgets through an accounts coordinator ensuring revenue input and costs within the target.
- Managing a Direct retail operation of the company with the help of a Warehouse company staff and C&FA
Candidate Requirement :
- Should have Strong Sales Experience either in current or previous company
- MBA - Full Time
- Candidates with Karnataka work experience preferred
Preferably from South Zone ( Karnataka market working experience is a must )
