Job Responsibilities & Key Result Areas :

- Achieve distribution width and depth objectives within the defined geography

- Channel partner engagement, motivation, profitability and retention.

- Manage sales team ways of working, capability building, motivation and retention

- Manage spends effectively in the market

- Execute BTL interventions in the market

- Accurate demand forecasting and target setting

- Managing the service network

Desired Skills and Competencies :

- Sound understanding of S & D processes and system.

- Sound analytical skills and communication ability

- Leadership qualities

- Ability to manage diversity and churns

Ideal Candidate :

- Preferably MBA with good academic record

- 7+ years of experience in sales

- Experience in FMCG/ Telecom desired.

- Positive attitude and entrepreneurial abilities
