Location Mandideep, Bhopal

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITY

1.Sales, Tendering (Bid preparation) activity for Large Hydro Projects.

2.Preparation of Techno-commercial bid for hydro projects (E&M works)

3.Purchase & Review of tender documents

4.Preparation of prebid queries & attending prebid meeting.

5.To lead bid preparation team as a Project Manager-Sales

6.To complete commercial process like cash flow, tax concept etc.

7.Plan and coordinate bid preparation schedule as per time available

8.Check of commercial conditions and prepare deviations

9.Coordination with Legal and Finance for their inputs

10.Complete Internal bid approval process

11.Preparation of pricing calculations

12.Interaction with Client as a single window

13.Participate in Techno-commercial discussions/Contract negotiations with Client

14.Contract signature and transfer to Project management

Qualification/Experience Required: B.E (Electrical/Mechanical) / 10 to 15 years
