- Influencing the Sales Force & structures to achieve sales targets as well as visibility & distribution objectives
- Strategy plan for acquisition of customer, to win at market place.
- Channel handling and channel partner, for execution and extraction.
- Responsible for customer market share and revenue market share.
- Handling team and driving them for the set target and goals.
- Keeping Track of promotion activity and plan for promotion budget and effectiveness.
- Identifying high churn POS/patches & taking corrective actions to reduce churn
- Ensuring growth in Consumer usage in value & time by pushing consecutive recharges & tertiary growth.
- Continuous SWOT analysis of the region & taking corrective actions to get rid of threats & come over the weaknesses in the region
- Gaining absolute control over the trade spends on the market
- Customized and structured products to suit the needs of all individual customers
- Monitored market developments & provided feedback for product development.
- Drove the retail - initiatives of the group, developed & monitored the cluster with respect to Value Added Services Products
