Urgently looking for Sales Manager/ State Head - Project Sales based at Pune Location. Kindly go through with the following information below;

Designation - "Sales Manager/ State Head - Project Sales"

No of Position : 1

Reporting to : RSM/ NSM

Location : Pune

CTC : Depend on Current CTC

Required Education and Experience:-

- MBA with 10 year's sales/marketing experience in dealing with contractors/project owners

- Should have proven track record with project planning, specification, procurement departments and familiar in networking with Developers, Architects and Designers at Senior / Associate levels

- Good experience & understanding on Product & projects Business.

- Must have sales experience in the relevant industry

- Excellent selling skills and sales experience in projects

General Knowledge and Technical Skills :

- Excellent presentation and communication skills,

- Good knowledge of English

- Good PC skills

Main Activities and Responsibilities :

- Identify projects and contractors who are working for the project.

- Build rapport with the owner & stakeholders of the project and seek business opportunity.

- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with assigned accounts.

- Develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that will contribute to an increase in market share and sales.

- Confer regularly with management on recommended sales strategies, promotions, and potential new applications.

- Must be able to define a problem, assess risks, and develop recommendations for action plans.

- Able to make decisions to resolve daily work issues.

- Influencing through effective presentations, both written and oral.

- Responsible for achieving geography's yearly sales objectives and also for growth, conducting periodic market surveys/analysis.

- Developing and maintaining relations with the partners and key accounts and delivering YOY sales growth.

- Achievement of targeted sales volumes through project sales.

- Work in coordination with marketing team for proper and timely display of products.

- Conducting Architect & Plumber meet to promote company's product.

- Being updated about the competitor's strategy and pricing and informing Management about the same.
