Job Title: Sales Manager

Reports To: Regional Business Manager

Experience / Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of sales experience. Candidates with experience in direct selling are preferred.

- 2-4 years of managerial experience. Candidates that have grown from sales executive level to sales manager level are preferred.

- Preferred candidates come from the following industries: Solar, Telecom, Paints, Building Materials, Photocopiers, Fertilizer, Insurance

- Proven track-record of meeting revenue / collection targets at branch level

- Able and willing to generate own sales in addition to sales through team

- Strong understanding of working capital cycle and how to improve it

- MBA is preferred

- Willing to travel extensively in sales territory, at least 20 (every) days per month

- Strong team player, able to build and motivate a sales team

- A go-getter, who can take initiative and work independently

- Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
