Job Title : Sales Manager/ Sr. Sales Positions

Preferred Industry : Real Estate, Construction, Banking, Insurance or Direct Sales Profile in any target driven industry.

Salary Range : INR per month ( More than RS 25,00,000 + Lucrative commission + flight tickets )

Qualification & Experience :

- Bachelor degree.

- At least 8+ years in Direct sales (Should have worked on Target based sales) in the domain of Real Estate / Investment sales / Financial Products / Life Insurance/ Hospitality etc, should have worked in a performance driven environment (Mandatory)

Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Achieving sales targets through lead generation

- Achieving Sales Targets every month

- Develop good network with HNIs and other potential investors/customers which should result in sales

- Lead Generation through team.

- Should be an Team leader

- Excellent communication is a MUST

- Enthusiastic, pro-active and assertive

- Well groomed, well dressed & energetic

- Proven track record of achieving target

- Dynamic personality

- Ability to think on their feet

- Self driven & should have entrepreneurial spirit

Step 1 : Skype Interview from the clients's side trough Skype

Step 2 : Senior Managers from the client's side will be traveling to Delhi and Mumbai in August for Face-to-face interview

Step 3 : Offer letter will be issued to the shortlisted candidates from Dubai as soon as they reach back
