Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for revenue generation and sponsorship acquisition within the IP Sales & Sponsorship division.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for both IP sales and sponsorships.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and analyze budgets, develop reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster a collaborative work environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
