We have been retained by our client, one of the leading Freight Forwarding MNC as they are looking for Manager Sales Sea Freight for Mumbai Location.

We are looking for a candidate who have experience in Freight Forwarding Industry.

Job Description :-

- Drive Sales Team thru Trade Lane Development focus approach mainly for Import and Export (Air, Sea, LCL,FCLs)

- Promote New Biz Generation

- Achievement of Sales Budget.

- SMART Monitoring.

- Promote and Drive Sales in Satellite Locations

- JSV"s with Sales Team & Regular visits to Satellites .

- Conduct Weekly Sales Meeting ( inviting Ops/CS for the meeting)

- Conduct Monthly Review with sales team for Budget vs. Actual.

- Conduct Quarterly Review with Sales Team.

- Regularly conduct Sales Interview to keep ourselves updated on the right guy in the Industry.

- Review and closely monitor DSO in the region.

- Ensure cordial relationship with all other departments.

- Regular customer interaction/ Visits to ensure customers requirements are addressed.
