Sales Manager/Sales Head at TMI is responsible for Managing sales of the company's products and services in within a defined geographic area. These are some of the duties and requirements of a Sales Manager/Sales Head at TMI

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.

- Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company

- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.

- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts- Assist in Formulating all sales policies, practices and procedures

Must Criteria: Candidate from Recruitment Industry Background

Eligibility:

- Vernacular Requirements:

Should be conversant in English and Hindi. Knowledge of an additional regional language will be a definite plus

- Computer Skills: Proficiency required in Power Point Presentations, Emails and worksheets

Qualification:

- A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred
