Job Description:

- To support planning of sales targets for the site for the financial year in liaison with the Site Head - Sales/Project Head - Sales.

- To work in close coordination with the Site Head Sales & Project Head Sales to ensure achievement of sales targets.

- To assist in deal closures on site.

- To build Channel Partner Network & explain the project and activating new channel partners.

- To provide proper clarity to the Channel partners & customers if required regarding the construction timelines, financing options, maintenance management, etc. during the sales stage.

- To map the competition & their differentiators.

- Ensure that the booking formalities are completed before handing over to the CRM.

- To support the Customer Relationship Manager and Customer Support team for managing customers with any queries specific to the deal.

- To fill and continuously update the data in the ERP for the clients beginning from the enquiry stage till the booking stage.

- To review the accuracy of the project site data - number of bookings, revenue generated, etc. - on the MIS system.

- To keep and maintain track record of individual clients Sales and Recovery chart.

- To prepare MIS with sales analysis and submit to the manager (Project Sales Head) on a weekly basis.

- Initiate brand identity initiatives both at pre and post sales functions in coordination with the Marketing Manager.

- Create a standardised customer experience at assigned project site by adhering to the Customer Experience Guidelines.

- Represent the organization for key customers like HNIs and NRIs in coordination with Manager, International Sales.

Skills: Negotiator, Good communicator & Performance driven. Time Management, Punctual, Strong work ethics, Team player, Learning attitude, Synergy with cross functional teams.

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate.
