We are looking for a Sales Manager for one of their Premium project based in South Mumbai.
Candidates having sales experience into South Mumbai residential projects will have an added advantage.
Requirement:
Experience: Min 3 years in sales of premium residential property
Qualifications: Must be a Graduate
Salary: Best in the Industry. (Wont be a constrain for the right candidate)
Job Description:
- Generating business from the leads acquired from the database.
- Managing the Ultra HNI walk-in clients at the site.
- Representing the company in property exhibition.
- Building Broker network and generating new proposals on regular basis.
- Conducting Research & Analysis, Valuations, Feasibility studies, City profiling, Market trends.
- Keeping track of prices and upcoming real estate locations.
- Structuring terms & Condition with Client.
- Oversee all sales function including customer relationship development, negotiations and price.
- Develop and implement sales programme for new accounts with a focus on building and generating more sales and a strong client base for references.
