Role Title: Sales Manager - Real Estate (Commercial & Residential Projects)

Department: Sales

Location: Lubumbashi-1 & Goma -1 (DR-Congo)

Salary - 1500 -2000 USD

Overall Purpose of Role: Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process for our commercial and residential projects, including lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities for commercial and residential projects.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including investors, property developers, homebuyers, and tenants.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation activities.

- Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and negotiations to secure new business and close deals.

- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and legal regulations.

- Requisite Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration, or related Field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Requisite Experience: Experience with 10-12 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Real estate Industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
