Sales Manager - Paint & Polymers

Job Description:

- Driving sales efforts for attainment of periodical targets & optimizing revenues.

- Experience in selling minerals to Polymers, Rubber, Coatings, Printing inks, Paper and other allied industries but primarily in Paints & coatings.

- Strong experience in industrial minerals mainly Quartz/Silica.

- Technical knowledge of Paint formulations & quartz & silica mineral portfolio such that he is able to provide value added solutions to customers and be helpful in product development initiatives.

- Proficient in strategy formulation by in-depth study of inputs given by market research team & fine tuning strategies to ensure wider market reach and penetration of unexplored markets.

- Experience in market intelligence about Paint industry, its dynamics and players in India.

- Experience in channel management, hands on experience in establishing a reliable and cost effective network of dealers/ distributors and channel partners to escalate sales levels.
