Our clients are a Leading MNC Packaging organization. They have a Pan-India presence and profitable & growing operations catering to the consumer, cosmetics, and healthcare industries.

Our clients seek a highly accomplished Sales Leader based in Mumbai to manage the regional sales functions. The candidate must have strong strategic and operational sales experience in the packaging industry.

The incumbent will report to the Head of Sales.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Purpose: This is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding markets. Will be expected to deliver targets.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Graduation / Post-Graduation

2. Should have 3 - 15 Years of experience in the packaging industry with experience in catering to the consumer, cosmetics, and healthcare industries.

3. Proactive approach: Ability and readiness to have a hands-on approach and execution
