Sales Manager - Modern Trade (Tamil Nadu), 10+ yrs exp, Chennai

Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

- Market Analysis and Insights

- Customer Relationship Management

- Sales Team Management

- Promotional Activities

Distribution and Channel Management:

- Sales Forecasting and Reporting

- Budgeting and planning

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred

- Proven track record of at least 5 years in modern trade sales management, preferably within the Tamil Nadu market handling food FMCG brands

- Strong understanding of the Tamil Nadu market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail landscape

- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

- Fluency in Tamil and English languages is required. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
