Responsibilities and Duties: - His background experience must enable him to understand the types of components machined by different industry segments like Automotive, Die Mold, Aerospace, Medical etc. and the current technologies employed for economical and effective machining of these components. - He must have knowledge, experience and attitude to build relationships at high levels in short time. - He should be an extrovert type willing to travel and explore opportunities for business development. - He should have a concept of value selling with capability to justify the pricing of the product in relation to the total value that it offers to the customer. - He must have a rounded personality with good communication skills and an inclination towards quality and perfection prevalent in Multinational organizations. - He must have an organized work life to generate quality work with result orientation and consistent record keeping and reporting.
