Sales Manager ( Female ) - MNC Lifestyle Bathroom Product Line

- Deliver top-line volume and value for given area.

- Develop sales infrastructure and implement best practices of distribution.

- Plan and implement channel and marketing activities based on an understanding of competitor product portfolio, market trend, and trade and customer segment

- Creating the brand - Pull- by maintaining specialized relationships with Architects, Builders & other influencers & thereby approving Brand through them for Small & Medium Projects in the assigned geographies.

- Build and manage professional relationships with Major accounts

- Represent organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

- Assist the management in taking the appropriate decisions in the discussions in the forthcoming products and on the special promotions.

- Effectively lead a team of Asst Managers and other third party members to function effectively towards a common goal.

Reporting directly to Zonal Head

Candidate Requirement :

- Graduate / MBA

- Only Female Candidates preferred  - Any Sector / Industry, in Sales only apply

- Pune City Sales Experience, is Mandatory

- No to relocation candidates
