Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing & potential customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Negotiating commercial terms to close sales
Follow up for collections on customer payments
Gathering market and customer information
Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and conferences
Understanding customer objections and addressing them
Cross selling and Upselling to new & existing customers
Analyze customer buying trends and provide forecasts sales plans
Ensure that the sales targets are met
Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO / Salesforce / Sugar etc.
Experience in Business Intelligence and Dataware House.
Ability to make technical sales and learn new technology
