Years of Experience: 10 - 12 Years.
Responsibilities:
- Work on cutting-edge products such as RPA, AI/ML, and Generative AI.
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competition to create new business prospects.
- Foster relationships and secure business from existing clients through effective account management.
- Focus on the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies), Manufacturing and wealth management sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and provide feedback for product enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the technology sector.
- Familiarity with RPA, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies is a plus.
- Ability to learn and keep up with new technologies in the RPA, AI/ML, and Generative AI space
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the BFSI, NBFCs, or wealth management industry is highly desirable.
