We have an immediate requirement for Sales Manager for our MNC client in Bangalore.
- Candidate should have 5-8 years of extensive experience in Sales of IT / software products and services.
- The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial, customer focused, results-oriented, shows initiative and is self-directed with a visible track record of accomplishment .
- Analyze global industry dynamics and market transitions and identify opportunities .
- Ability to map and quickly comprehend customers requirements and able to close the deal..
- Enhance customer intimacy and provide thought leadership through strategic dialogue with key customers.
- Demonstrated ability to absorb new technology, markets and customer segments and achieve sales to enable success.
- Good presentation and demonstration skills required..
- Candidate required to be adept at researching information about the client, their competition and our competition; and accordingly come up with up-selling and cross selling initiatives to engage with the client.
- Understanding the Global market and getting new customers on board.
- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales and increased customer base..
- Ability to map and influence decision makers and in the customer's organization.
