Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end process of B2B lead conversion and deal closure of large enterprises, channel partners, and d2c brands.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations to potential clients based on their pain points and close deals effectively.
- Qualify leads from the marketing campaigns and schedule demos accordingly.
- Stay updated with the new product features and offerings and explain this to the existing and new customers.
- Collect feedback from clients and share insights with the product/tech teams for future enhancements.
- Effective follow-ups and building long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience selling ecommerce / d2c SaaS products. (Experience in marketing tech products is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent listening abilities coupled with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficient at building relationships and nurturing them.
- Willing to multitask and adapt to various roles.
