Job responsibility at Mumbai:
- Responsible for Sales and business development in the International Market.
- New customers' development to grab the maximum market share
- Handling the existing customers and get the business to maximize the sales.
- Solving existing customer's query related with the pricing, quality, packaging, new product requirement, product application, logistics etc.
- Monitoring the market trend related with new product and pricing for organizational benefits.
- Appointing importers, distributers & agents in different territories to increase the foot prints of the organization.
- New product development as per customer's requirement.
- Planning & co-ordination with production, logistic & account departments for the proper flow of shipments.
- Negotiation / finalization of customer's enquiry.
- Coordinating with the internal department for smooth execution of orders.
- Solving customers complains if any.
- Do promotional activities as per market trend to promote our products.
- Create Brand awareness among the industry.
