- Maintain Healthy & strong relationships with Clients, Developers & Channel Partners for new business. - He / She should have individual account relationships, manage & maintain Key Account Management. - Accountable for effective Business Development to identify prospective clients for Design & Build and Turnkey projects. - Structure & carry out transactions, conduct negotiations & conclude sign off for execution of design / build and turnkey projects. - Execute & achieve quarterly targets. - Follow up with clients / landlords for collection of payments, handover of space etc. as agreed on scope of work. - Mentor & support junior team members to groom them professionally - Ensure Timely goal setting & achievement of targets Qualification: - Graduate / Post Graduate with 2 to 6 years of Business Development in Design & Build / Architect / Project Sales / Interior & Turnkey. - He / She should have experience in Business Development & Closing Deals - He / She Should be good in PPT Presentations, Word & Excel operations. - City / Market Knowledge in depth.
