We have an opportunity with a leading MNC Bank for Sales Manager-Insurance role, the key responsibilities are mentioned below

Responsibilities:

- To coach, mentor and motivate the team to enhance productivity, conduct training and refresher sessions

- Manage and motivate a team of sales people

- Responsibility for delivering the business and revenue plan

- Team Management

- To drive insurance sales, recruit, manage and motivate a team of sales people

- We are looking for MBA-2007,2008,2009 and 2010 batch from Tier-2 b-schools with experience in Insurance sales

or

- MBA-2004,2005,2006 and 2007 batch from Tier-3 Institutes with experience in insurance sales
