- Accountable for sales in the Government and Academic vertical
- Manage sales team to ensure performance against targets
- Monitor, manage and grow sales pipeline
- Manage training and other programs to promote product usage by clients to ensure subscription renweals
- Coach sales account managers to improve performance and sales productivity
- Engage with senior A&G officials and stakeholders to establish strategic dialog and grow book of business
- Negotiate with consortia where needed
- Experience in selling information solutions, especially scientific and scholarly, to A&G space is highly preferred
