The candidate should have experience of 5-9 years having qualification as BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production.  The details for the same is as below:  - To plan and carry out all sales activities of vibration machines to the Foundry / Steel Melting Segments, which are the focus areas at present and in near future on Pan India Basis.  - Responsible to generate lead through enquiry, converting the same into prospect and winning accounts.  - Preparation of techno-commercial proposals involving understanding of customer inquiries, application requirement, cost estimation etc. Should be able to understand complex plant lay-outs of the focused industry segments and incorporate solutions from the company's product portfolio.  - To create focus on increasing profitability, building market strategy and further penetrating the marketplace.  - Creating and driving the sales plan to make sure we have a strong and high quality order book to deliver on business goals.  - Ability to connect with key decision maker in prospective customers.   - Good customer service orientation, maturity of judgment under pressure/ ability to diagnose level of customer need and to escalate problems without delay to appropriate levels for resolution   - Highly effective communicator with an extensive knowledge base and exceptional talent for problem solving through analytical thought processes .  - Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization's image and position within the marketplace and the general public.  - Create such a brand image for the organization that helps in maintaining a climate that attracts, retains and motivate stop quality personnel.
