Brief Overview:

Our Client IS a pioneering financial services and investments venture. The firm provides a peer-to-peer (P2P ) lending platform enabling rural India through sustainable debt-funding at market rates. The company enables mainstream investors to view, review and lend to bottom-of-the-pyramid women borrowers for productive needs at commercial rates of interest and simultaneously fulfill an important social objective of self-sustenance across our areas of operations.

The Firm has been created as a crowd-funding marketplace with an objective of providing Investors with high yield; reasonably secure debt and equity/preference capital opportunities amongst newer asset classes. The Parent Group has been serving the bottom-of-the-pyramid ('BOP') segments since its inception in 2011 and has enrolled over 6 lac BOP segment members/customers since then.

The Firm is managed by professionals with over 100 man-years of experience in the financial services space. The promoters come with experience in world-class organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Kotak, E&Y, Citibank NA, O&M..

Best-fit Professional:

- 4-5 Years Of Sales Execution And Managerial Experience In Sectors Such As Financial Services/mutual Funds/stock Broking/real Estate Advisory/start-up Sales Organization

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of Investment Managers promoting lending products to new/existing clients

- Directly manage High Net Worth client relationships for their investments

- Achieve aggressive business targets assigned in terms of up-selling, enhancing/ upgrading and cross-selling to clients

- Profile new Customer segments and develop strategies to generate and convert leads

- Monitor, control and follow-up on clients pipeline

- Ensure policies and procedures are in place for creating a transparent environment

- Manage team and build their capabilities

- Track team performance and ensuring highest quality of client connect, continuous training and performance improvement in teams

- Maintain auditable records of all dealings with clients and track performance against stated business targets

- Keep track of sales, sales per rupee of cost, and overall costs of the Sales team

Key Skills/competencies:

- Candidate should be experienced in Sales of financial products in Banking/Mutual Fund/Stock Broking/Real estate advisory/start-up sales organization

- Extremely well networked with potential investors and High Net Worth individuals in his/her geographic area/domain.

- Well versed with the Financial Services markets, key products for wealth investors, expectations management and client focused

- Excellent presentation skills

- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated person should be able to adapt effective sales strategies for large and mid-client conversion!

- Target-driven approach

- Ability to lead a team

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

- MBA/CA from a good, known institute

- Graduate with 4-5 years relevant experience

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

- Computer savvy - fluent in Excel, MS Word, ppt etc
