Candidate should have extensive work experience in the field of carbon footprinting / ISO 14064 services including but not limited to; ISO 14064 Part 1 & Part 2, GHG Protocol, ISO 14067, ISO 16745 Part 1& Part 2, ISO 14040 Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills and should be able to liaison and coordinate with the Govt., Private and Investment clients - Generating new sales leads.

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone or in person to establish rapport and set up meetings - Preparing PowerPoint presentations and execution / sales displays - Negotiating and renegotiating with Vendors by phone, email, and in person

Education 1. B. Tech. / M. Tech. / Engineer - Environment/Chemical and/or MBA any other relevant field. 2. Minimum3 years experience of working in the field Competencies Fundamental Competencies (Mandatory) - Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products. - Keeping up to date with day-to-day developments in the carbon footprint market / tools / protocols.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management. Provide ongoing training and professional development for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
