Experience-- 04 to 05 Year for Premier and 08 to 10 year for non premier institute in fmcg industry . In hand experience of west Bengal is preferred.

Educational Qualification : MBA (Premier and Non Premier)

Job Details--

- Responsible for expansion of channel sales, Dealer Distribution .

- Maintain Business profitability

- Manpower planning, Recruitment & Placement.

- Strategically planning of activation activities to counter competition.

- New products launch planning & execution, reporting of competitor’s activities.

- Monitor and control Sales productivity

Handle all the channels : Traditional trade, Modern Trade and super stockiest

- Market Analysis, Outdoor marketing

- Monitoring and review Brands’ performance

- Planning and organizing sales promotion activities
