Role & responsibilities:
- Implement Beat-wise and Party-wise target plan, achievement, analysis and review to guide team
- Generate New Business through New distributors and markets
- Develop & execute an integrated business plan for the area with key strategies, tactics, financial objectives, budgets, distribution structure, and resource deployment
- Work closely with a network of distributors to maintain Sales targets in his area and ensure closure of sales opportunities
- Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth & developing market plans to build consumer preference; conducting competitor analysis by keeping up-to-date of market trends to achieve market share metrics
Preferred candidate profile:
Degree with 8 + years of exp. from FMCG Industry is a must
