Desired candidate:

- Someone having 5-8 years experience in an FMCG sector handling a team of ASM's.

- Provide inputs into developing and managing incentive programs to be used during special periods and optimally finalize the route plan of the Salesmen in consultation with the ASM for cost effectiveness.

- To review and monitor activity reports.Develop marketing and promotional programs.

Language Proficiency: Hindi, English, and/or Knowledge of Local language

Qualification: MBA Degree from a premier B- school.

Work Experience: 5-8 years
