1. Handling sales and achieving sales volume and value targets.

2. Responsibility for achieving budgeted contribution margins by timely adjusting pricing and product mix in the market place.

3. Responsible for receivables.

4. Responsible for handling customers.

5. Giving basic technical support to customers.

6. Continuously assess market dynamics, competition activities and approaching market in a definitive and proactive way.

7. Analyse and report business and marker related activities in timely manner to support decision making process.

8. Coordination with corporate supply chain, manufacturing plant, R&D as and when needed.

Qualifications

BE/B Tech Chemical, preferably MBA.

Experience in working in multiproduct environment for atleast 6 to 7 years.

Ability to handle large customers independently.

Willing to take larger responsibilities in the organization within next two three years.

Strong commercial acumen.

Drive to perform.
