Job Description:
- Responsible for organizing, developing & delivering the company's sales and marketing strategy for Delhi/NCR by Ensuring that existing and new customers
- Relationships are strengthened to grow, and that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
- Generating business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis.
- Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback.
- Implementation of territory growth strategies.
- Sales forecast and review of available pipeline
- Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs
- Identifying and developing sustainable relationship with key accounts at both strategic and tactical level.
- Managing entire sales process - targeting to top prospectus, identifying client solutions, negotiating and closing.
- Selection, Design & Costing, Preparation & Submission of Proposal, Data sheets, Familiar with Two Bid Systems preferably for GOVT sector. Presentation at Consultants, OEM's, HVAC Contractors End Customers. Attending Pre bid meetings, Seminars, Vendor Meets, Technical Meetings, giving Presentations, participating in exhibitions and representing company stall.
- Also study of all competitors products commercially and technically and analyzing the same.
