Sales & Solution Support (ERP/SAP) - 8 to 15 years - Chennai
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute a Business Sales Plan in the agreed area/vertical/accounts which are identified as potential targets, including engagement strategy, including time lines and targets for sales bookings.
- Achieve against agreed metrics including bookings, revenue and collection objectives.
- Identify issues in target clients and develop relevant solutions to address client business need – collaborate with service lines/marketing and other BD professionals to maximize revenue/solutions to client
- In the support of the above where relevant maximize third party relationships
- Report to regional Sales Leader on delivery against plan
Profile
- 8 -10+ years of sales experience in India market with a demonstrable track record of new business sales achievement in a B to B solutions sales organization
- Experience of dealing at a senior C Suite level to identify client issues and proven record of developing appropriate solutions
- Excellent relationship building skills and personally credible
- Team orientated with a collaborative approach to working
- Fluency in written and spoken English with proficiency in relevant further language
- Degree educated with a broad based business awareness
- Self starter with high levels of personal motivation underpinned by team ethos
- Organized and self disciplined happy working across the operational/strategic continuum
- Outcomes focused – makes things happen
