Job Description :

- The role provides a golden opportunity to not only lead the entire sales force of the Gurgaon branch but also to devise strategies for expanding sales in the region by interacting with CXO level executives in the organization.

- You will be based out of Gurgaon and would be responsible for managing the B2B clients of the organization.

- The job would involve regular interaction with contractors, builders and consultants.

- The primary responsibilities would include market analysis, generating leads, setting revenue targets and devising strategies to achieve them at a branch level.

The Successful Candidate :

- The applicant should have between 12-18 years of experience in sales & marketing of building fittings and accessories

- The applicant should preferably be a mechanical engineer from a premier institute

- The applicant should be target driven and have strong track record in sales

- Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills

- Should be ready to travel excessively

- Should have good team management skills
