Sales Manager - Electronics - ( LFR Sell in )
- Develop strategy to on-board, scale and win strategic large format buyers (retailers)
- Establish new distributor network for high serviceability of modern trade
- Market development & execution for modern trade channel
- Develop right service strategy for big buyers / chains
- Champion the needs of these buyers internally across various cross-functional teams of supply, supply chain, credit, service etc. to ensure right experience
- Set-up and deliver aggressive sales targets through these buyers
- Ensure relationship management of LFRs
- Execution of the Promotion activity designed by the Area Head in the stores.
- Ensure better Brand visibility at LFRs for brand/product promotion activities.
- Ensure all LFR maintain company specified Marketing Operating Price (MOPs) at stores.
- Ensuring 100 % collection.
- Ensure proper merchandising at retailer store level.
- In charge of Inventory control/SCM and cost management.
- Driving customer insights & understanding for the category, crafting merchandise assortment.
- Ensure after Sales service.
- Problem solving and independent data-based decision making.
The Ideal "Noisemaker ":
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Sell-In.
- He/she should have handled LFR accounts.
- Relevant experience in the Consumer Durable/Mobile/Small appliances industry.
