Sales Manager/Business Development Manager
Should have 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Should have experience in selling Hyper automation, AIML, RPA, Automation, Software Product Practices.
- Generate the opportunity pipeline for organic and inorganic growth through direct engagement with the client
- Develop high levels of engagement with clients to pitch solutions
- Work closely with clients to identify gaps/ opportunities for sales prospects
- Enhance and grow key accounts in the region through relationship building and maximize sale opportunities for DS/CDS
- Map customer needs and manage various stakeholders including pre-sales, finance, solutioning and delivery teams
- Monitor and report key sales metrics including client pipeline, client conversion ratio
- Collaborates with the pre-sales and delivery team and be an interface to the client
- Ensure all escalations and operational issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
