Sales Manager/Deputy Sales Manager - Real Estate

Our client a real estate company in Bhubaneswar is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Sales Manager/ Deputy Sales Manager. The candidates should now Oriya as a language.

Below is the JD:

KRA:

- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures.

- Project specific information to all walk ins, escort walk ins to the show flat and explain product features

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels (broker, customer, investor etc.)

- Cold Calling & handle the team.

- Generating leads & follow-ups till closure.

- Making broker network to boost up the sale.

- Conducting site visit for prospective clients, meeting new clients, corporate organization negotiating with them & finalizing the terms & conditions.

- Handling pre-sales and post-sales operations for a residential project.

- Contact HNI, Investors, Potential customers and convert leads into sales.

Desired Profile: Candidate should have good convincing skills & should know Oriya language.

Age: 35 - 45 years

Experience: 7 to 8 years
