Position Title: Sr. Manager/AVP - PMS Sales

Location: Mumbai

Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of experience in financial markets, with exposure in debt for a few years is must

- MBA/ PGDM from Tier 1 B-school

Work Experience (highlight) :

To manage and strengthen business relationship with client for achieving Debt products sales targets, market share targets.

Core Purpose of the Role :

- Client Profiling

- Responsible for locating potential sales leads through market research and following up to convert leads into business relationship's

- Understand Corporate Treasuries requirement

- Provide Debt solution for Corporate Treasuries

- Solicit AVM for Debt PMS from HNI & corporate Treasuries

- Increase Corporate Clients for Treasury Mgt

- Garner AUM from HNI & corporate clients.

- Relationship Management -Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

- Effectively communicate the organizations value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Provide regular value-added engagement with clients

- Drive and Monitor Revenue and Volume Targets
