Sales Manager - Dairy & Bakery Products

The role would be responsible to oversee the entire gamut of Sales Operation and to achieve a committed targets and revenue generation.

The following would be the major role and responsibilities desired of this position:

- Primarily understand the range of Products of Dairy - Milk, Ghee and other value added products plus Bakery products like Breads, Cookies and RTC range Parotta / Chappatis.

- Prepare a detailed AOP for the year including the manpower area wise, Costs, territory coverage each quarter gradually and submit a Sales achievement Plan for the year.

- Launch products that are new and increase both Direct and Retail coverage of GT / MT segment and simultaneously appoint new distributors segregating the long shelf life products.

- Plan and enlarge each territory from Chennai all zones and gradually the entire Tamil Nadu within six months.

- Recruit, Train and motivate the Sales Personnel's for target achievements and encourage Distributors to increase volumes for Both Primary order and Retail coverages.

- Plan and execute Activities in large residential complexes, IT Corporate and HORECA segments.

- Closely monitor the sales team and work with them in the field for both penetrations and motivations for larger retail coverages.

- Overall the role would be responsible for P & L, reporting to the Board of Directors.

THOSE HAVING GOOD SALES EXPERIENCE IN DAIRY AND FOOD INDUSTRY WITH PROVEN ABILITY AND AGE NOT EXCEEDING 45 YEARS NEED RESPOND.

LESSER EXPEREINCE WOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES / SALES OFFICERS ACROSS TAMILNADU.
