The Business Development Manager will be responsible to develop existing contract logistics business and warehousing 3PL within their zone.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet & exceeds personal & regional new business revenue goals
- Develop strong opportunity pipeline for sales opportunities.
- Work on regional / local RFI / RFQ / RFP written responses.
- Build relationships with key contacts within customer organization to understand opportunities to Supreme Logistics to create value.
- Work closely with the team to develop creative solutions to customer needs.
- Cross product selling warehouse & distribution.
- Maintain close communication with customer & Supreme Logistics operations team to assure uniform understanding of customer expectations to relative to operational solution, timelines, cost &results.
- Ensure pipeline development update to the management weekly.
Education / Experience
- Bachelors degree preferably with a PG in Logistics / Marketing.
- Should have minimum 5 years of Sales experience in warehousing 3PL and transport logistics industry.
