Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To conduct market research, source and identify potential customers.
- To understand the requirements of the customers from technical prospective and deliver the best solution.
- To maximize Sales, realization with minimizing Average Recovery Days
- To study market situation, Demand & Supply forecasting, he should be able to collect all information through customers, Dealers, Internet and other sources & feedback to senior.
- Establish trust with prospects and encourage the purchase of our products.
- Sending Daily reports on business activities as per company policies.
- To be ready to learn and use new marketing and sales technologies.
- Excellent communication (especially English proficiency) and time management skills as well as ability to handle multi products and priorities.
- Understand the stated Marketing / Pricing/ Credit / Collection Policies of the Company and comply with the policy guidelines in all market-related functions and jobs.
- Manage the Marketing Channels and Dealer Networks as assigned from time to time.
- Increase the market share in each of the product segments through aggressive marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with the Plant, on behalf of the Customers/ Dealers and enable the servicing of Sales orders.
- Follow-up invoices and accounts receivables.
- Actively record/ register all customer complaints and follow through their resolutions.
- Generate exception reports on orders, deliveries, accounts receivables, ageing analysis.
- Create and Update Management Information System as per user-roles assigned.
- Carry out such other office / administrative work that may be assigned.
- Highlight on-time, any failure in collection, recoveries and remittances.
- Coordinate with Factory premises for follow up on orders etc.
- Report truthfully and accurately market information about customers, dealers, and competitors.
- Candidates may also be asked to do analytical roles / market research activities if required.
- Recovery of Money ie. Collection
REQUIREMENTS
- Should be smart, intelligent and self-motivated person with good communication and negotiation skill
- Chemical manufacturing industry.
- Should have experience to deal with Dealers/ CSAs/Depots handling, Sales support activities, Market
- Intelligence and capable to understand Market Dynamics.
- Should have experience to make MIS Reports in MS Excel & Power Point.
- Proficiency in English & local language speaking & writing is desirable.
