Sales Manager - Channel Sales - Electricals/Switchgears

- Handle sales through national & regional distributors/dealers.

- Plan and Forecast the sales based on sales Trends.

- Achievement of Sales Targets - AOP (annual operating plan)

- Conceptualize and implement innovative plans for the accomplishment of pre-designated targets from the assigned territories.

- Implement pricing strategies including bundling, volume discounts etc for distributors/dealers.

Expansion/BD

- Handle all business development activities.

- Expand base of distributors /Dealers.

- Identify and network with strong and reliable dealers/ channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
