- Achievement of Sales Targets - AOP (annual operating plan)
- Conceptualize and implement innovative plans for the accomplishment of pre-designated targets from the assigned territories.
- Implement pricing strategies including bundling, volume discounts etc for distributors/dealers.

- Handle all business development activities.
- Expand base of distributors /Dealers.
