Sales Manager - Channel Sales (Devices & Diagnostics)
Location : Mumbai
The position will be responsible for driving the channel management strategy for company in India
Key Responsibilities :
- Identifying, appointing and networking with reliable channels, resulting in deeper market penetration and wider market reach.
- Providing training and sales support to the channel partners, ensuring accomplishment of revenue and profitability targets.
- Build profile of distributors required in consultation with business.
- Leverage experience in the Diagnostic, device/similar markets to identify new distributors for all businesses.
- Play the role of local Key Account Manager for some of the big accounts.
- Build and own the policy on termination / exit for unsuccessful distributors.
- Lead Sales team by being the bridge between distributors and business/finance and legal.
Skills :
- Financial modelling (must be very comfortable with Excel). Must be Tech savvy
- Tactical & Strategic Bent of mind
- Commercial skills around distributor management such as inventory turnover, WC requirement, ROI etc.
- Good analytical skills
- Hands on working with distributors
Qualifications :
- B Sc/B Com with MBA in Finance or Marketing.
- 10 Plus years of Work Experience in FMCG/Consumer Durable/ Diagnostic/ Device.
