Sales Manager/Category Manager - Home Care

Job Purpose: Leading the Home Care Subcategory in terms of launch, expansion and growth for brands in FMCG products that deliver superior appeal to consumers.

Key Responsibilities/ outcomes:

- Responsible for the creation of 3-5-year strategy roadmap as well as annual operating plans/ quarterly business plans.

- Responsible for Planning/Sketch M&As/JV's and strategic partnerships.

- Responsible for business ownership with P&L responsibilities for Dish Wash.

- Responsible for driving growth in revenue market share, customer market share and improvement in EBITDA and customer NPS for Home Care businesses.

Qualification: MBA Premier B School

Experience:

- 5-7 years in a large FMCG organization

- Track record of developing new categories and brands while expand existing business in white spaces

- Working closely with Marketing, SC, R&D and sales

- End to end understanding of overall P&L for the Category

- Team management - Worked across various Home Care categories

- Managing cross disciplinary teams

- Strong network with suppliers
