Responsibilites

- Create Database & Fixing Appointments with BUILDERS

- Giving presentations

- Ensure achievement of Target

- Promoting Companies Products

- Identifying the Prospect - Develop Sales through Builders

- Relationship Management of Key Customers

- Competition Analysis

- Achieving Targets

- Negotiate with Customers within assigned price limits

- Manage After sales Support

- Feedback to management to improve the market share

Knowledge

- Knowledge of Markets, Customers & Competitors

- Knowledge of Products (ZICOMs and Competitors)

- Should be aware of the local market conditions

- Awareness of environmental trends and new business opportunities

Skills

- Computer Proficiency – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, MS - Project), Functional Software – ERP, Visio

- Must have excellent written, oral and presentation skills

- Strong Sales Acumen

- Relationship Management and networking skills
