One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.

POSITION:- Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

- Responsible for acquisition of multiple Consumer Banking products.

- Responsible for selling the entire gamut of bank products to customers through an team of 8-12 who are trained across multiple products of the bank.

- Leading & Managing performance of the team to deliver / achieve plan no.s across several product lines.

- Formulating channel / anchor based sales strategies to ensure maximum penetration of the desired customer segments in key customer touch points.

DESIRED PROFILE:

- We are looking for MBA 2008/2009/2010 batch from B-school with sales experience in retail banking product with team handling.

- Strong team-work with good leadership and motivational skills

- Self Motivated with ability to create sales opportunities for his team

- Ability to understand and drive multi product volumes and understand / improve sales processes
