- Handling a team of Agents/Advisors and helping them with their targets

- Recruiting, Leading and Training quality Advisor, to ensure quality business.

- Managing HNI Client and going on sales calls with Advisors to meet critical clients.

- Strictly follow laid down process and compliance standards and ensure the team adheres.

- Organizing seminars, presentations and road shows for creating awareness about the company and its products.

- Maintain Daily Activity Report
