Job Description : About Ad Sales Team - Ad sales team supports advertisers in meeting their advertising&nbsp;goals. Our objective is how to increase the share of wallet as advertising revenue from these&nbsp;suppliers. Based on supply mix available on the platform, the sales team will generate sufficient&nbsp;demand. It will handle large accounts and customize requests for few suppliers, support in placing&nbsp;campaigns. Its objective is to make supplier successful by growing business via advertising and&nbsp;increase advertising spend on platform. Key Responsibilities : - Own category wise advertising sales target for every month. - Managing team of Account Managers associated to growing advertisers accounts - Identify supplier problems, opportunities to increase advertising business and create new&nbsp;advertising solutions for the long term success of the high value advertisers in their portfolio. - Create and improvise on existing workflows, drive advertiser activation and retention&nbsp;programs, influencing performance on various Ad products - Leading and motivating the team to deliver on business goals. Accountable to meet business&nbsp;goals for their function. - Ensure removal of any roadblocks that hinder goal achievement with minimal supervision - Works with the team to identify and implement solutions and pilots to drive process&nbsp;efficiencies &amp; business goals. - Proactively gathers, analyzes, and shares data with management to influence business&nbsp;decisions. - Should capture the voice of advertiser and share pain points with the management team - Ensures usage &amp; adoption of Advertising tools to capture all customer interactions. Basic Qualifications : - Minimum 2 yrs of people management. - Exposure to e-commerce, sales and advertising - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to face external and internal&nbsp;partners in a professional and mature manner, and strong ability to handle objections. - Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. - Work experience in an account management position or similar roles. Preferred Qualifications : - Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications. - Experience in data analysis, either professional experience or through your education. - Experience in sales and marketing is preferred Salary Offered : 15-20 LPA
